The Commercial Rocket

A unique challenge was given to Purdue Orbital. Design and build a rocket to be filmed for the new "Boiler Up" commercial by Purdue University. Despite the rushed schedule, a few members of the Airframe team of Orbital joined together to make an almost 10 ft tall rocket, designed for aesthetics and size. Although the recovery was unsuccessful, it was a great learning experience to push past our standard time frames to produce results when a task was given.
