Sophmore Design - Grocery Bag Carrier

ME 263 is a great experience for students to get hands-on design experience with a project of their choosing with a randomly assigned group. My group, "Team Murphree: Slogan Here", decided to tackle the problem of ergonomics surrounding grocery bags, creating a 4 bar linkage arm system that would balance loads through a suspension-like system.

Thanks to our hard work throughout the semester we developed a design we were proud of and turned eyes at our poster presentation of the concept and prototype.
